Following completion of his Computer Science Degree, Jonathan has spent the past 20 years delivering IT solutions to a wide range of blue chip clients including Royal Skandia, RBS, ABN Amro, UBS, CACI, Allied Dunbar, Zurich and Standard Life.
He has designed and optimised the infrastructure for global blue-chip businesses, and has built systems for some of the world’s leading financial services organisations.
Jonathan founded Evaluate Technologies with the vision of transferring the skills he had acquired building state of the art solutions in other finance sectors, into the poorly serviced Mortgage Industry.
He has built a talented, multi-skilled team using proven leaders from previous projects and the best Computer Science graduates from City University, London - combined with best-of-class underwriters from across the lender market to help guarantee that Evaluates systems are completely accurate, fast & reliable.

Julie
National Accounts Director
Julie brings with her 11 years experience in the mortgage industry, having previously worked for UK top 10 Lender, GMAC-RFC as their Corporate Accounts and Relations Manager.
At GMAC-RFC, Julie established a track record of partnering with key accounts to understand their business needs and strategies in order that she could work within GMAC-RFC to tailor a proposition that would meet the needs of her accounts.
As National Accounts Director, Julie is responsible for developing and strengthening Evaluate’s relationships with the important distribution groups. This involves spending time getting to understand their challenges and opportunities, and using this information to guide the development of Evaluate so that it may enable our partners to take their businesses forward.

As National Accounts Director, Jim is responsible for developing and strengthening Evaluate's relationships with the important distribution groups.
This involves spending time getting to understand their challenges and opportunities, and using this information to guide the development of Evaluate so that it may enable our partners to take their businesses forward.
Along with this Jim is also responsible to sign up all direct lenders with commercial terms applying and then to manage these relationships ongoing, improving conversion rates across the board.

Paul
National Accounts Director
Paul has over 20 years experience across all areas of financial services, wealth management, protection & general insurance, as well as many years in the mortgage sector. Having started his career as a financial advisor he is FPC & CeMap qualified, and has worked both as an IFA and Mortgage Broker.
While working as Key Account Manager at Misys Financial Systems, he spent a number of years selling business to business software solutions to general insurance brokers, IFAs and mortgage brokers, so understands how technology is a key component in the sales process.
More recently he spent 5 years as Sales Director at The Mortgage Times group, running a large team of business development managers that took the groups products and services to the intermediary market. He worked closely with both Lender and Insurer partners to develop the company's strategy and proposition, new technology was integral to the group's distribution model which became a key driver in increasing business levels and profitability.

Dr. Peter Popov
Technology Advisor
Peter acts as technical guru and mentor to the Evaluate Technologies Development, Database and Infrastructure Teams, ensuring that they produce fully robust, fault-tolerant, scalable systems of the very highest quality.
Recognised as the worlds leading authority on fault tolerant systems and dependable computing, Peter has written numerous publications in prestigious technical journals such as IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering, IEEE on Dependable and Secure Computing. He has also served on the program committees of many prestigious international conferences, as well as collaborating with companies working with safety and mission-critical applications such as British Energy (UK), Software / Hardware Reliability Safety and Dependability (SoHaR).
With over 25 years of experience in IT, Peter gained experience in managing IT projects in several European countries, covering a range of domains such as process control applications, complex simulation software, distributed information systems and more recently highly scalable solutions for database replication, web applications and web-services.
For the last 10 years Peter has been sharing his time between academia, at City University as 'Reader in Systems Dependability' and 'Director of Innovation, Centre for Software Reliability' - delivering courses on software engineering and software reliability, and undertaking a cutting edge research and consulting in industry.
Peter has held a PhD degree in Computer Science since 1989.

Nana Yaa
Head of Testing and Analysis
Nana Yaa is responsible for the quality of all Evaluate Technologies testing, and the day to day management of the Test Team. With a wealth of underwriting experience gained from 10 years working for Lenders as diverse as Abbey and Preferred Mortgages and with over 2 years at Primrose, Nana Yaa led the specification processes required in Evaluate Technologies' flexible solutions.
Working closely with the Developers, she drives the stringent testing and analysis effort, ensuring not only accuracy and reliability but the continual evolution of our Product and proposition within a dynamic Market.

David
Head of Product Design and Deployment
David is responsible for designing the functionality of our products and working with our clients to ensure a smooth implementation of Evaluate within their businesses.
With 12 years experience in the mortgage industry (as broker, packager and lender), he has a detailed understanding of the requirements of all of the parties involved in a mortgage transaction at each stage of the process.
Starting his career at Platform Home Loans, he was involved in their transition to mortgage lender and grew with the company to become a manager within the Underwriting department.
After more than five years with Platform, he co-founded a mortgage brokerage based in the City, where he was responsible for all non-sales activity. This included designing and implementing their innovative customer-focused database. His experience also includes coordinating the production of web-based product and payment systems.
David joined Primrose in early 2006 as Head of Underwriting and has been heavily involved in the specification and testing of Evaluate. He joined Evaluate Technologies at launch.

Michelle
Head of Support
Michelle's background is in mortgage placement and she has spent the last year as the Head of Primrose's broker support desk responsible for overseeing all elements of the broker's experience pre-application.
This has been the ideal grounding; providing a perfect understanding of the trials and tribulations of running a very busy mortgage placement desk.
She has played a key role in the specification of, and testing of, Evaluate; being responsible for making sure that it absolutely meets the needs of the mortgage placement team.
She joined Evaluate at launch and is responsible for running the support team to ensure all users of the system have the best possible experience.

Development Manager
David has a strong technical background with a particular focus on database development and the rationalisation of complex business processes for bespoke systems.
Having received a first-class honours degree from City University London, David has built up an enviable reputation as a programmer, having previously worked alongside Jonathan as the lead developer of a market-leading trade management system, managing over two billion pounds worth of commodity exposure.

Richard
Development Manager
Richard is a web applications developer with specialised skills in interdependent data exchange technologies.
Cementing his strong academic background, he has worked on some of the most exciting technology projects in the market today, including a real-time data feed for traders and a reverse auction web application.
Richard has excellent understanding of the latest internet technologies keeping Evaluate Technologies ahead of its competitors. Alongside David, Richard is now mentoring City University undergraduates into the same career path.

Chris
IT Infrastructure Manager
Chris has spent the last decade specialising in system architecture, build and support. He has used this experience to design Evaluate's cutting edge network infrastructure. He is an expert at deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows based distributed SOA web systems.
Chris has led infrastructure teams for a range of multi-national companies, providing support and maintenance to a huge, international user bases, while working to strict SLA's and compliance standards.
More recently, Chris has led several successful technology teams for Jonathan, working in high pressure, business critical trading environments and developing fully redundant, fault-tolerant systems.
